Joseph Daniel “Pepe” Culver. Memorial services to remember and honor him are scheduled for 11 a.m. on August 26, 2023, at Hiett’s Lybrand Funeral Home Chapel, Wills Point. Following the service, he will be laid to rest at White Rose Cemetery. Pepe was born on March 13, 1978, in Dallas to Cecilia Martha Martinez Culver and the late Jerry Don Culver.
