Funeral arrangements have been made for Ralph Albert Ryals, Jr., who passed away at the age of 72 on Fri., Aug. 18, 2023, in Dallas. The funeral service was held on Tue., Aug. 22, 2023, at Hiett’s Lybrand Funeral Home in Wills Point. Prior to the service, there was a visitation period starting one hour before the service time.
