The Wills Point Tiger varsity tennis team competed in the District Tournament held in Kaufman last week. Results include: Lance Turner and Kalie Burnett are District Champs and regional qualifiers.

It was a great day on the courts for the Wills Point Varsity Tigers last week at the Jacksonville tournament as they got ready for district. Joseph Rolland of Wills Point High School captured first place in the Triple Jump at the Class 4A Regional Track Meet recently to earn a trip to next month’s Class 4A State Track Meet. His winning mark at the regional meet held at the University of North Texas in Denton was 47-4.
